VNC Online - How to use

VNC is a free remote desktop application. With TightVNC, you can see the desktop of a remote machine and control it with your local mouse and keyboard, just like you would do it sitting in the front of that computer. VNC—or "virtual network computing"—is a graphical desktop sharing system. This software uses the remote-frame buffer protocol to remotely control another computer. It transmits the keyboard and mouse events from one computer to another and relays the graphical-screen updates back in the other direction over a network. VNC is platform-independent—there are clients and servers for many GUI-based operating systems and Java.

1. Download & Install VNC Viewer

First is to download the VNC Viewer application, you can download the VNC Viewer application at the following link Download VNC and here we provide you video to make it easier for you Tutorial Video. After downloading it then open / run administrator, then follow each step the software recommends to users.

2. Open VNC Viewer

Connection to a VNC Server, here I use a VM server that has VNC installed. To remote server you can enter the IP address on the server and continue with the VNC port, for example: 192.168.1.3:5901 , then you can press Enter, if the warning "Insecure Connection" appears, ignore it, this means that the VNC Server has not installed SSL on the server , click Continue to continue. And you will be asked for a password for the VNC Remote Server.

3. Android Install VNC Viewer

If you can't use a PC or Laptop to remotely the VNC server, you can use the VNC Viewer application on Android, you can go to the Google Play Store and you can search for VNC Viewer. If it is installed, you can open the VNC Viewer application, and you will be taken to the main VNC Viewer page. Then you can add your VNC Server in VNC Viewer. Enter your IP along with the VNC port, for example: 192.168.1.2:5901, if you have added a label to your VNC server, and we will be brought to a new page, you can click Connect to remotely the VNC server. The same as the step above about Insecure Connection just click OK. After that all you can enter the Password of your VNC server, and the VNC Remote Server has been successful.
